hpc_blast

This is the landing page for hpc_blast script, written by the UFS HPC staff. Note that hpc_blast is part of the hpc_scripts module

UFS HPC usage example

Follow these steps to get started:

First load the hpc_scripts module
```
$ module load hpc_scripts/latest
```
Next, initialize the hpc_scripts enviroment by issuing the command:
```
$ hpc_scripts_init
```
You now have access to hpc_blast. Ensure that you have loaded the blast database module, then run the following command to list the BLAST databases available in your environment:
```
$ hpc_blast list_db
```
